OBHAU is designed to provide applications to parents, children and staff of education institutes to provide a seamless platform that covers various aspects of a student’s learning cycle while at a particular school. This privacy statement covers the data processed within our portal and applications and how we process information about our customers. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This policy describes:

As a company, OBHAU does not ask student and parents for data directly. Any data in the software is shared by the schools/colleges with which OBHAU signs a contract or is collected because the school/college needs the student or parent to provide this data to the school so they can do what is required to be done.
What our legal basis is for processing your personal information?
OBHAU signs a contract with the schools /colleges that it works with. No data is taken from the institution until the contract is signed by both parties.
Who collects your personal information?
The personal information of students and parents is collected by the schools directly. OBHAU does not send data requests directly to students and parents.
How we collect data?
We share data templates for details required for various applications that the school is using. The schools/colleges share the data with us directly. No third party is given the data during this process. In some cases schools ask us to provide applications to staff, students and parents from whom data is required to be collected as needed by the school. This is strictly to be able to enable the school /college to run their educational institution.

We use the information only for the various applications that the school is using. We do not share data with any other party.

All data that schools share with us is kept secure and private. In order to maintain confidentiality and security of your personally identifiable information, OBHAU undertakes the following:

Our data centers are housed throughout the world. They are monitored at all times, 24x7x365. The facility has multiple defenses against intruders, theft, and fire.
How long do we keep your personal information?
We keep you personal information as long as we have an ongoing contract with the educational institution that we are associated with. In case we end our contract with a school/college, we share all current data with the educational institution, and delete this data from our servers.
Who we share your personal information with?
We do not share your personal information with anyone, including third party vendors. In case we need to integrate the software with any third party app that is required for the software, then we take explicit permission from the school to do so. OBHAU is not in the business of selling your information to advertisers or other third parties.

‘Cookies’ are small text files that are stored by the web browser on your computer or mobile device. A cookie file is stored in your web browser and allows the Site or a third-party to recognize you and make your next visit easier and the Site more useful to you. Here, we are using certain words, which have explicit meanings as detailed below:
Account the application is accepted for the creation of a OBHAU account, we will confirm this by email, and a legal agreement will be exchanged between the Account Holder and OBHAU. If you apply for the making of a OBHAU account, you give guarantee that you are empowered to enter into this Agreement. The Agreement will be subject to educational law and the outline of these Terms of Use takes control of our alliance with you.
Account Holder means a power of educational institute which has a OBHAU account (generally this will be your business or if you are a handler, the business which you are advising)
The Service means our OBHAU software which is accessed and used via our password protected websites.
We , Us , Our refers to OBHAU online educational software.
You means you, the person who accesses and uses this website and/or the Service.
CREATING AND ACCESSING A OBHAU ACCOUNT
In order to access and use the Service, a OBHAU account must be created. You can’t apply for an account to be created by submitting your details on our “sign up” page. Account can be created by institute or admins.
FORMATION OF A CONTRACT
You understand and agree that by using the services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies are applicable while accessing the website or using services, which is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract shall be binding under relevant provisions of any applicable local, state, national or international law and rules there under as applicable laws and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes thereof. This electronic record is generated by a computer system or devices and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Refund Policy
Payments and Refunds
“OBHAU” means a corporation organized under the Companies Act; authorized to carry on business in India for to carry on the business of providing all types of educational services including providing cloud software, buying and selling of solutions and options and related consultancy services either directly or indirectly or through brokers or licensees and also providing franchising and management services, publishing content online, print or any medium in India or outside India either singly or jointly or in Partnership with any person(s) Firm and “OBHAU Platform” (which includes any of OBHAU’s websites and mobile applications. By making a booking or reservation request through OBHAU, the user (“User”) accepts and agrees to the refund and cancellation policy of OBHAU and to any additional terms and conditions that maybe be relevant and may apply to your booking included services rendered or products offered. OBHAU reserves the right to change these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of the policy from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. Q. What Type of Payment do you accept?
Answer. We accept payment via third party payment gateway. You can pay yearly/Monthly subscriptions with your net-banking, UPI apps or visa/Mastercard credit/debit cards.
Q. In which mode can a vendor pay for the service like spotlight, banner, advertisement, etc.?
Answer. All add-on features or services of OBHAU can be bought by you online and you can pay online using various options like Credit Card, Debit Card, IMPS, Net Banking or UPI Wallet etc.
Q. When vendor purchase any service and payment is done successfully, how they receives the payment confirmation mail and SMS notification. Do they get it from Razor pay or from OBHAU? – Pricing page
Answer: All notifications are sent from our sysm(OBHAU).
Q. How much time will it take for the payment made by customer to reach my account?
Answer. We use third party service as payment gateway, which allows payment settlements of Vendors on a prefixed cycle post the reconciliation of accounts. The complete process takes a time of T+2* business days for domestic transactions, T being the date of capture of payment. (Please note - Settlement cycle is subject to bank approval and can vary based on your business vertical, risk factor etc.)
Q. When will I receive payout, before or after the service is offered?
Answer. We use Razor pay Anytime Payment Gateway, which allows payment settlements of Vendors on a prefixed cycle post the reconciliation of accounts. You need not to do anything, your payment will get credited in your bank account on a pre-fixed cycle of payment settlements. You can understand the same by below diagram. Q. When will I receive payout, before or after the service is offered?

Q. Where do I receive payout and what would be the mode of payout?
Answer. The payout will be credited to the bank account which you have submitted at the time of account setup. The mode of payment would be online wire transfer. It will be NEFT or IMPS or RTGS depend of amount.
Q. How can I check the refund policy?
Answer. Sorry, A service once bought or purchased as add-on feature can’t be cancelled. Hence, we cannot refund the amount paid for any services.
Q. If the payment is not received by the vendor and payment is made by the customer, will the service be cancelled?
Answer. No, if the customer has made the payment, you will be liable to provide services to customer as per the booking. You will get the payment in a week time or as per our pay-out terms for vendors on a pre-decided cycle.
Q. Return payment process for cancellation of any opted services of OBHAU?
Answer. Sorry, A service or package once bought or purchased as add-on feature can’t be cancelled. Hence, we cannot refund the amount paid for any services.

1. Mode Of Cancellation
1.1.Cancellations can only be made through by pressing “Cancel” button provided along the booking history on OBHAU Platform.
1.2.No cancellation shall be accepted over email, phone call or communicated using any other mean.
2. Cancellation And Refunds
2.1.IN CASE OF TIMED OR DATED APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS, the following conditions shall apply in case of cancellation:
OBHAU offers cancellation before login of any user.
2.2.For OBHAU Vouchers and Deal Coupons, Gift Cards (“Coupons / Cards”), OBHAU does not offer any cancellation. No Amount will be refunded once a gift card is purchased. Vouchers, Deal Coupons and Gift cards offered and sold by TPM on OBHAU are subject to TPM’s terms and conditions and TPM may not accept any refunds. Please refer the terms and conditions on the TPM’s page prior to purchase.
2.3.A Coupon / Card cannot be refunded once redeemed or purchased.
2.4.Online payments are non-refundable.
2.5.Handling charges/ Convenience fees, if applicable shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
3. Dispute Resolution And Arbitration
All disputes arising out of this Program shall be referred to arbitration under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. The arbitration shall be referred to a sole arbitrator who is on the panel of the Indian Merchant Chamber. The venue of Arbitration will be Mumbai and the language of the proceedings shall be English
